Pharmacotherapeutic group: Analgesic & Antihistaminic & Decongestant 
Therapeutic indication: Cold symptoms & Nasal and Sinus congestion & Rhinorrhea & Sneezing & Itchy throat & Headache & Fever & Other symptoms associated with allergies
Dosage and Administration: Tablet 500mg of Acetaminophen and 30mg of Pseudoephedrine and 25mg of Diphenhydramine.
Adult: 1-2 tabs / hs may repeat q 6 hr (Max 8 tabs daily)
Side effect: Allergic reaction, anticholinergic effects, blood dyscrasias, jaundice, liver problems, low blood sugar (fatigue, dizziness, fainting, increased hunger or thirst), blurred vision, difficulty urinating, excitation in children, dryness of the eyes or nose or mouth

Pediatric 6-12 years: 1 tab q 4 to 6 hr (Max 4 tabs daily)
Side effect: Allergic reaction, anemia, cardiac effects, CNS stimulation, psychotic episodes, severe dizziness, severe nervousness or restlessness, blood dyscrasias, hepatitis, hepatotoxicity

Infants 4 to12months: 80mg q 4 hr/ PO as needed
Infants 1 to 2years: 120mg q 4 hr/ PO as needed
Pediatric 2 to 4years: 160mg q 4 hr/ PO as needed
Pediatric 4 to 6years: 240mg q 4 hr/ PO as needed
Pediatric 6 to 9years: 320mg q 4 hr/ PO as needed
Pediatric 9 to 12years: 320 to 480mg q 4 hr/ PO as needed
Side effect: Agranulocytosis, anemia, dermatitis, allergic, hepatitis, renal colic, renal failure, thrombocytopenia, sterile pyuria

Dosage and Administration: Tablet 300mg of Acetaminophen & 20mg of codeine
Adult: 1-2 tabs q 4 to 6 hr/PO as needed
Pediatric: Dosage must be individualized by the physician
Side effect: Respiratory depression, allergic reaction, confusion, convulsions, hallucinations, mental depression, agranulocytosis, hepatotoxicity, hypertension, renal impairment, thrombocytopenia
