Brand generic name: Minoo Haloperidol® Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antipsychotic & Phenylbutyl piperadine derivative & Dopaminergic blocking agent Therapeutic indication: Psychotic disorder & Behavior problems & Gills de la Tourette’s syndromes & Autism & chorea Huntington’s & Nausea and vomiting cancer chemotherapy Dosage and Administration: Tablet 0.5mg Antipsychotic: Adult: oral; initially 0.5mg to 5mg two or three times a day, the dosage being adjusted as needed and tolerated. Pediatric 3 to12 years: oral; initially 0.05mg/kg a day ( in two or three divided doses), the daily dose being increased as needed and tolerated by 0.5mg increments at five to seven day intervals up to a total of 0.15mg/kg a day. Generic name : Clozapine Brand generic name : Minoo Clozapine® Pharmacotherapeutic group : Atypical antipsychotic & Dibenzapine derivatives & Dopaminergic blocking agent Therapeutic indication : Psychotic disorders & Schizophrenia Dosage and Administration : Tablet 25mg &100 mg Adult : Oral, initially 12.5mg (one half of a 25mg tab) qd or bid. The dosage being increased in increments of 25 to 50mg a day, if tolerated, to achieve a dose of 300 to 450mg a day by the end of two weeks. Pediatric younger than 16 years : Safety and efficacy have not been established. Therapeutic indication: Obsessive-compulsive disorder & major depressive disorder & autism & panic disorder & social phobia & generalized anxiety disorder & post-traumatic stress disorder & premenstrual dysphoric disorder
Dosage and Administration: Tablet 50mg
Adult: oral; initially 50mg in a single dose at bedtime. The dosage may be increased as needed and tolerated in increments of 50mg a day at intervals of four to seven days (Max doses 300mg/d). If the daily dosage exceeds 100mg, it should be taken in two divided doses.
Pediatric 8 to17 years: oral; initially 25mg in a single dose at bedtime. The dosage may be increased as needed and tolerated in increments of 25mg a day at intervals of four to seven days (Max doses 200mg/d). If the daily dosage exceeds 50mg, it should be taken in two divided doses.
Pediatric younger than 8 years: Safety and efficacy have not been established.

Dosage and Administration: Tablet 50mg &100 mg
Depression or obsessive-compulsive disorder:
Adult: oral; initially 50mg a day as a single morning or evening dose. The dosage may be increased after several weeks in increments of 50mg, with increased made at intervals of at least one week, as needed and tolerated.
Panic disorder:
Adult: oral; initially 25mg a day as a single morning or evening dose. After one week, the dosage should be increased to 50mg a day, as a single dose. Further dosage increases may be made in increments of 50mg, at intervals of at least one week, as needed and tolerated.
Depression or Panic disorder:
Pediatric: Safety and efficacy have not been established.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
Pediatric 13 to17 years: oral; initially 50mg a day as a single morning or evening dose. Dosage may be increased at intervals of at least one week, as needed and tolerated.
Pediatric 6 to13 years: oral; initially 25mg a day as a single morning or evening dose.
Dosage may be increased at intervals of at least one week, as needed and tolerated.

Dosage and Administration: Tablet 10mg & 25mg & 100mg
Adult: Initial: Oral, 50 to 100mg one to three times per day, the dosage being adjusted gradually as needed and tolerated.
Maintenance: oral, 50 to 200mg two to four times per day.
Pediatric 2 to 12 years: Initial: Oral, 10 to 25mg two or three times per day, the dosage being adjusted gradually as needed and tolerated; the usual dosage rang is 0.25mg to 3mg/kg four times per day.
Pediatric up to2 years: Dosage has not been established.
Side effect: Akathisia, parkinsonian extrapyramidal effects, anticholinergic effects (constipation, decreased sweating, dry mouth, dizziness, drowsiness), nasal congestion, change in menstrual period, decreased sexual ability, fever, hypertrophic papilate of the tongue, photophobia, swelling or pain in breasts, weight gain, tardive dyskinesia or tardive dystonia, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, stomach pain, trembling of fingers and hands
